Coming from a mechanical engineering background, it was on the floor of a metallurgical industry that he learned to solve each project as a calculation problem before thinking of it as an object, a habit he carried over to everything he would later sign. In May 2020, he decided to transform his taste for the industrial style into his own production, starting in his attic, using electrode welding and limited resources, maintaining from the first cut the requirement for impeccable finishing and structural resistance that continues to be the hallmark of his work.
What distinguishes him is his refusal to separate design from execution, since he designs each piece in SolidWorks, where he resolves load, dimension and proportion before lighting the solder, and then builds it with his own hands, guiding the metal to the point where it meets the stone, wood, glass or upholstery without sacrificing precision or the warmth of handmade work.
As orders grew, production was moved to the warehouse of an old factory, and partnerships were established with architects, designers, carpenters, and marble workers, expanding the repertoire without diluting the method. It is from this coexistence between the rigor of engineering and the freedom of design that Rustom Studio's original pieces are born, conceived to last for decades and to age alongside the home that receives them.

To become a benchmark in designer furniture at the intersection of engineering and design, recognized for structural precision and understated luxury, and to build a repertoire that transcends trends and becomes a permanent part of the high-end homes it chooses to serve.
Values
The precision inherited from engineering organizes everything at Rustom Studio; nothing leaves the workbench before being structurally resolved. This same requirement extends to the finishing, treated with the technical expertise that the studio refines through its collaboration with carpenters, stonemasons, and other partners. Each creation is born unique and custom-sized for the client, keeping authorship at the heart of the process. The commitment to permanence ensures that each object is designed to last for decades and age with dignity, in a luxury expressed through discretion and coherence between form and function.
